thanks! I replaced the saddle in this pic with an "all black" for two reasons - the cutter saddle hurts, and nothing else on the bike is that colour. so it's a bit more stealth now. HA is 66 with fork up and almost 67.7 with fork down. couldn't be happier with that. after I tuned the chain line the drivetrain is running silent.

Hey thanks, that CG looks pretty good on there. I tuned the chain-line this weekend. New chain, new cassette. Swapped the saddle for a full black. This thing is ready to rage.

you should hand this off to an art history student. the iconography itself would spark a huge discussion and probably an essay or two. I can see this being built in stained glass. if I were to put a caption on the cat it would be "uhhhh, I'm here about a sardine?..."

kash coating is nice for sure. the frame if literally flat steel grey with a clearcoat. you can see the brass in the cable guide welds. kash coating pops. more about the ride than the look though, right?......right?.....ok looks matter too.

haha, well for starters a derailleur and chain...not much more actually. The frame, stem, grips and CG are new but everything else is from another bike. Tough to do a "theme" with older parts but it's really gonna come down to the riding. with the KS dropper and the Talas there are really two distinct modes for this bike. climb, descend. which for around here describes 90% of the trail profiles.

you selling these yet? 32T compatible? Do you have any suggestions for upper an lower guides or will they fit existing systems. Doing an aggressive HT build right now and I'm looking for a chain guide. Going 1 x 9. 32 front x 12-36 rear. Should be a good project. I'll send you a photo of what I have so far!
